Air St. Luke’s mobile app linksthe reporting user directly with Air St. Luke’s communication‘scenter by both email with GPS coordinates and by cell phonedial-out. The GPS function instantly alerts Air St. Luke’s of yourlocation while we verify aircraft availability and ETA. This speedsresponse time and places the flight crew on standby, while theusual dispatch process remains in place. Our mobile app alsoprovides additional links to Air St. Luke’s primary website as wellas functionality to register or renew Air St. Luke’s membership.Any member of the public can use this app for purpose ofregistration or renewal of membership, to obtain generalinformation about Air St. Luke’s, or to contact the Air St. Luke’sCommunication’s Center. In case of a medical emergency the usershould contact 9-1-1 if able. If direct contact to 9-1-1 responderis unable to be made Air St. Luke’s will make contact to thenearest responding 9-1-1 provider on your behalf while placing theair response team on standby.
